Shipping Policy

We harvest our produce fresh off the tree and ship within 24-48 hours of harvesting. We understand the desire to eat produce fresh but please keep in mind that the produce ripening process starts the minute they are harvested off the tree. We will pack as best as we can to ensure the utmost freshness during shipping but there may be uncontrollable factors that come into play when the produce is shipped and out of our care that may change the appearance or freshness of the produce such as: Lack of climate control while in transit with the shipping carriers, humidity in the shipping box, premature ripening, produce sitting in the sun or in mailboxes after being delivered, or exposure to freezing temperatures, etc.

We ship at the beginning of the week to ensure your produce arrives within the same week it is shipped out.

 

We are unable to refund postage as shipping is through a third party and we are unable to control shipping factors, which may delay the quality of your order. However, we are willing to work with you on disputes with shipping carriers for any damages/loss during shipping. Please keep in mind, our shipments are considered perishable goods and may not be eligible for refunds by most shipping carriers.

Return Policy

M&M Lee Farm has a strict refund policy.

 

When you place an order, you agree to the following:

 

REFUNDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED.

 

If your product/box arrives damaged, you must provide pictures and a detailed explanation of the produce damages within 24 hours of receival and send it to mmleefarm@gmail.com. Upon receiving the email, we can evaluate the damages to your order and work with you towards a solution. We may request for additional photos to better assess the situation.

 

If there is a ripening issue with your order, you must provide pictures and a detailed explanation of the ripening issue within 24 hours to mmleefarm@gmail.com. This will allow us to evaluate the situation and work towards a solution with you. Additional pictures may be requested.
